CONNECTING CLERGY TO IGNITE CHURCH GROWTH

Introducing the Kindling Network

A pioneering initiative for clergy seeking spiritual renewal and practical transformation in parish life.

The Kindling Network connects clergy who long to see Gods kingdom grow even in hard places. It gathers leaders from across different contexts to share experiences, learnings and encouragement. Rooted in prayer and lived experience, it’s a space to reflect, retreat and reconnect with what God is doing; equipping clergy to oversee growth and transformation to their communities.

What Is The Kindling Network?

This is more than a programme – it’s a peer-to-peer network

For leaders with a passion for bringing God’s vision for their communities to life. Participants gather for a six-day retreat on the south coast, for a hands-on chance to share ideas, learn from others and look at how God has transformed churches and communities in different contexts. The journey continues through monthly online sessions and one-to-one encouragement, supporting real ministry, in real places.

ENCOURGAGE ONE ANOTHER AND BUILD EACH OTHER UP

Who Is It For?

The Kindling Network is for clergy who long to rekindle God’s vision for their church

Leaders ready to step into God’s call while facing the challenges of limited resources, culture or context.

  • Clergy with a heart for growth

  • Those facing resource or congregational challenges

  • Leaders who value learning and collaboration

  • Those willing to experiment, pray and persevere

  • People who know this is not about formulas but God’s plan

We’re looking for:

FAN INTO FLAME
THE GIFT OF GOD,
WHICH IS IN YOU

2 Timothy 1:6

It starts with six days on the south coast, staying a few yards from the sea.

A chance to retreat from parish life and explore what might unlock growth and renewal

Kindling builds confidence, shifts culture, and helps shape churches that are spiritually alive and outward-focused. The retreat sparks momentum, but the journey continues long after - through small, intentional, Spirit-led steps.

The Kindling Network provides ongoing community and support for leaders who want to keep growing, keep renewing, and keep moving forward together. It’s an opportunity to:

  • Meet monthly for online cohort sessions

  • Receive prayer, accountability and honest conversation

  • Gain access to facilitators for check-ins

  • Be part of an annual in-person gathering

  • Join a network of leaders walking this journey together

“NOT BY MIGHT NOR BY POWER, BUT BY MY SPIRIT,” SAYS THE LORD ALMIGHTY
