Bookings must be confirmed by email. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates on the programme, please do not book any travel until you have received confirmation of your place.

Cancellation

Spaces are limited, please do advise us at the earliest stage possible if you are unable to attend. Contact info@kindlingnetwork.co.uk should you need to cancel or amend any booking.

Cancellations by Provider: The Kindling Network reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course (e.g., due to insufficient numbers or staff illness). In such cases, participants would be offered an alternative date. The Kindling Network would not be liable for any costs already incurred (e.g., travel expenses). 

Accommodation and conduct

Accommodation is an Airbnb home next to Eastbourne seafront. Single occupancy rooms will be assigned with plenty of communal space and a garden. Please treat the property with care and advise the Kindling Network immediately of any issues identified.

Conduct: Participants must agree to treat other attendees and staff with respect. Unacceptable behaviour (e.g., aggressive or abusive conduct) can result in being asked to leave.

Course Content and Intellectual Property

Materials: All intellectual property rights (IPR) in the Kindling Network programme materials and resources remain with the Kindling Network.

Usage Restrictions: Participants agree not to copy, modify, or distribute the materials without prior consent from the Kindling Network.

Liability and Health & Safety

Health Declaration: please the Kindling team in advance of any health or mobility issues we should be aware of. Contact nicky@kindlingnetwork with any individual needs or requests.

Insurance: You might consider taking a travel insurance policy for your stay in Eastbourne. Some bank accounts do offer policies free to customers, otherwise inexpensive to buy they can provide cover for valuables, travel delays or illness during your stay.

Public liability insurance is in place both at the venue (St Michaels) and Airbnb accommodation.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Materials: All intellectual property rights (IPR) in the Kindling Network programme materials and resources remain with the Kindling Network.

Data Use: Any personal data collected will be used for administering the programme and handled according to data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

Confidentiality: All delegates must agree to keep confidential any private information shared during the programme.
